The Metaphor Media Group is fortunate to be led by a group of visionaries who have several decades of experience in the industries that comprise the Metaphor Group.
They guide the organization, and enable it to live the vision and mission that they have personally signed up to, and which they uphold through their actions and decisions.
The reason why many people call metaphor ‘home’ is that its leaders have always strived to create an inclusive culture and style, in addition to being empathetic to individual needs.
Different employees have different jobs, one is not more important than the other. Each employee is encouraged to take decisions pertaining to her domain, keeping the company’s best interests in mind.
The leadership team is able to hold others accountable as it leads by example. It holds itself accountable for their areas of responsibility and periodically publishes a scorecard of their performance than can be accessed by all employees.
Contributing to the communities the organization works in, has always held special interest for the leadership team. The group’s policies are geared towards the ‘hire local, buy local’ mindset to the extent possible. The leaders believe that the group’s prosperity and that of the community are interlinked. Both need to happen together. One cannot be successful if the other is not.
